Organica was created with a clear purpose: to make wholesome, natural ingredients more accessible and to build a community where knowledge, wellness, and support are shared freely. Weeks ago, Hurricane Melissa hit and damaged many communities in the west. At the same time, we were completing our journey to open our Montego Bay location. While the storm affected many of our new neighbours, friends, contractors and family, it also reminded us of the strength, resilience and unity that define our community. Instead of pausing our mission, we chose to expand it.

With all services fully operational in Kingston and our Montego Bay store now open, we’re using our strengthened network to support recovery tangibly and compassionately.

Our new Montego Bay location at Southern Cross Business Circle in Freeport is officially open. As part of our commitment to making whole foods and healthy ingredients more accessible islandwide, Organica will be supporting feeding programmes operating across the affected parishes.

These contributions focus on nutritious, dietary-specific foods, items that support real wellness and meet the needs of families with unique health or lifestyle requirements. Options include vegan, vegetarian, no-dairy, gluten-free and other essentials that can be difficult to access during crises.

Wellness has always been about more than what we sell. It’s reflected in how we care for one another, especially when times are hard. This is why we are ensuring that the support provided is both relevant and focused on wellness.
