It combines simple, whole ingredients that work together to nourish your body—while still delivering great flavour. 

Why This Smoothie Works

Muscle support: Seeds, peanut butter, and greens provide plant-based nutrients that help repair and rebuild
Reduced inflammation: Chia and flaxseeds offer omega-3 fatty acids

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pak choi (or leafy greens of choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1–2 tbsp sea moss gel
  • 1 tbsp Cadia natural peanut butter
  • ½–1 cup Cadia organic berries (blueberries, strawberries, or mixed)
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with the coconut water
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy
  3. Adjust consistency with more coconut water if needed
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy
